5th HQ - Position Overview:We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position in Pompano Beach, FL . This is a great long-term opportunity with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. We're looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong communication and computer skills.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.Full-time, on-site positionResponsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support.Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications and documentation.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Clear and strong communication skills (verbal and written).Reliable and dependable work ethic.Must have a clear background (background check required).Must pass an assessment test evaluating:Typing speed and accuracyData entry skillsMicrosoft Office and Outlook proficiencyPrevious customer service experience preferred.Assessment Requirement:All candidates must successfully complete the assessment test before the interview process .
