California Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities Review revenue and invoicing aspects of contracts, ensuring system setups are completed Coordinate with internal teams for product launches to ensure accurate data recording Oversee accounts receivable aging and resolve invoice vs. payment variances Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related fields preferred 5+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience preferred Fundamental understanding of US GAAP Advanced Excel skills and experience with large scale ERP, preferably Oracle EBS Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
