ServiceNow Technical ArchitectServe as the ServiceNow Technical Architect who will assist the team and client in planning, platform technical advisory and guidance.Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.Provide ServiceNow Platform and product technical subject matter expert (SME) assistance.Leads upgrade planning and execution.Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.Provides configuration assistance to developers.Collect product and service requirements from business stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise needs.Design and communicate Technical Architecture Blueprint based on capability and technical requirements to align to business outcomes.Agree and confirm with Client the technical design and integration requirements for the required integration of system interfaces.Manage system documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
