Part Time Manager/Key Holder
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they provide exceptional service
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent administrative skills for scheduling and record keeping
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage stock levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or training in business or retail management is a plus. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
