Description: The position requires the ability to lay out and design residential and commercial land development projects for our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the design of lots, roads, parking areas, sanitary sewer and water systems, stormwater management facilities, and soil erosion and sedimentation control measures utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. Qualifications: Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a similar field. Preferred applicants will also hold a Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license.
