Your Responsibilities Deliver a welcoming, polished first impression for all guests, clients, and associates Execute day-to-day front-of-house operations with consistency and care Support meeting and event setup—ensuring spaces are fully prepared and detail-perfect Bring thoughtful touches that elevate the everyday experience Anticipate needs and respond quickly to requests with a solutions-oriented mindset Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front-facing spaces Coordinate catering deliveries and ensure seamless service execution Partner closely with the Hospitality Lead and Executive Assistants on events and meetings Handle guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Take pride in the details—owning every interaction from arrival to departure Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field)
