Supply Chain Analyst
ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Fort Worth, TX. Summary: The Supply Chain Planning Analyst manages short-term demand and supply planning processes by partnering closely with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and operations. This role focuses on the 0-3 month planning horizon and is responsible for balancing supply and demand to improve service levels while maintaining optimal inventory coverage. The analyst plays a key role in aligning cross-functional teams to meet near-term business needs and improve forecast accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Leverage demand and supply planning tools to support exception-based management and deliver efficiency improvements Improve forecast accuracy and reduce systematic bias through detailed performance analysis and continuous learning practices Ensure product availability by coordinating actions across teams to place inventory in the right location at the right time Monitor key performance indicators including inventory coverage, customer order fulfillment, demand accuracy, bias, and vendor performance; Recommend and execute corrective actions as needed Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process Perform additional duties as requiredRequirements Bachelor's degree in a related field 4+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, logistics, manufacturing operations, or inventory management Experience working with ERP systems Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Strong understanding of planning processes and their operational impact Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills Experience in CPG, retail, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments Knowledge of statistical forecasting and replenishment models Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar planning systems Strong problem-solving mindset and results-driven approachThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
