We partner with payers and providers to deliver doula care at scale by embedding AI directly into care coordination, billing, and insurance workflows.The RoleAs an AI Engineer, you will be one of the core engineers building Raya Health’s platform from the ground up, alongside a small, highly collaborative engineering team. You’ll help design and ship production healthcare systems that use AI as a first-class primitive, automating complex workflows, integrating with healthcare infrastructure, and supporting real-world operational scale. You’ll work closely with the CEO and engineering teammates to translate healthcare and operational complexity into scalable, reliable software.
