Implementation Project Manager

Our customer, a top multinational software company, is looking for an Implementation Project Manager for a 6-month remote contract assignment. Description: Looking for an Implementation Project Manager for the Office of the General Counsel. The role will primarily collaborate with business partners in legal, security, and policy organizations as well as Technology Services to drive value by delivering new 3rd party software implementations, working with people from the US and globally. This person will possess a high degree of capability in project management and will be a key partner to one or more departments. Job responsibilities include: Deliver plans, and schedules for approved projects that create alignment, handle dependencies, and mitigate risks. Contributes to and executes departmental and product roadmaps and drives features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Domain expertise in program management, Six Sigma, and scaled agile for problem-solving, decision-making, change management, and tool deployment to realize business objectives. Minimum Skills/Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Project Management Professional certification (PMP) and Agile certifications (CSP, SPC, etc.) are a plus. Formal training, practical experience in Program/Project Management, Product Delivery, Agile Frameworks, SAFe®, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Leading cross-functional teams for 5 to 7 years in application/software development, production, and development operations. Solid performance running Programs and Projects, achieving an Agile transformation, applying organizational change methods, delivering customer products, and implementing process improvements. A high degree of proficiency in iterative product development and, an understanding of Agile principles. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Capable of handling projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members. Company Information Elevate is a law company.
