Elder's Journey is looking for a Human Resources professional to join our Wabash Valley team. Our company provides personal care services that enables clients to remain living in their homes safely. Looking for a dedicated, compassionate, organization driven individual that wants to know what they do every day positively affects the lives of others.
Job Duties
Manages HR operations to encompass onboarding, performance coaching, disciplines and terminations
Manage personnel files maintaining compliance with ISDH regulations
Interview direct care applicants
Participates in client complaint investigations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related field
2 years experience in human resources function preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
