Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & CommunicationParticipate in daily/weekly project meetings to discuss requirement changes, status updates, and dependency alignment.Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.Design & DocumentationAnalyze new requirements and design scalable code solutions.Document technical designs, workflows, and testing details in internal wiki/knowledge base.Development & TestingImplement high-quality code changes that align with design specifications.Perform high-level development testing to validate functionality before handing over to QA.Execute full QA testing on identified test cases for new features to ensure robust functionality.Issue Analysis & SupportTriage LLE and production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely fixes.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.Mentorship & LeadershipMentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting.Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and evaluating candidates.Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 48,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 170,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
