Functional Data Governance Analyst

Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst 2 (Hybrid) Duration : long-term contract Location : Dauphin County, PA Interview : Only Video Key Responsibilities: Provide analytical support for data collection, validation, and distribution to stakeholders Design and track SOPs, process flow diagrams, and outgoing data requests Improve data reporting using LEAN principles and healthcare analytics Lead in data governance, program performance monitoring, and special studies Create data visualizations, dashboards, and executive-level presentations Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in healthcare (health plan, pharmacy, or health tech) Knowledge of healthcare operations (enrollment, claims, customer service, appeals) Project management, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, SAS, and healthcare analytics Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
