• This role is exclusively open to current college students who are active members of a sororitySorority Marketing Intern (RushFusion100)Location: Remote (Campus-Based)Duration: Summer / Semester (Flexible)Time Commitment: 5–10 hours per weekAbout RushFusion100RushFusion100 is a fast-growing apparel platform focused on custom merchandise for sororities and college organizations nationwide. We work directly with chapters to design and deliver high-quality, custom apparel for recruitment, bid day, executive boards, and more.We are currently expanding across campuses and building a strong network of student leaders to help drive that growth.Role OverviewAs a Sorority Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in expanding RushFusion100’s presence on your campus and beyond. You will lead outreach to sorority chapters, build relationships with executive boards, and help drive custom apparel orders.This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with direct exposure to sales, marketing, and startup operations.Key Responsibilities• Conduct outreach to sorority executive board members (President, Apparel Chair, Recruitment Chair, etc.)• Build and maintain relationships with chapters on your campus and at other universities• Pitch RushFusion100’s custom apparel offerings and guide chapters through the ordering process• Share design inspiration (Pinterest, mockups, past work) to generate interest• Collaborate with the design team to create and send custom mockups• Track outreach, conversations, and sales activity in internal systems• Assist with content creation and on-campus promotion when applicableQualifications• Must be a current college student and active member of a sorority• Strong understanding of Greek life culture and chapter structure• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outreach (DMs, email, etc.)• Ability to work independently and take initiativeCompensation• Weekly stipend (if applicable)• Competitive commission on all sales you contribute to• Additional performance-based incentivesWhat You’ll Gain• Real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business development• Direct exposure to a fast-growing startup environment• Opportunity to take ownership and make a measurable impact• Potential for leadership roles and long-term opportunities within RushFusion100
