Job DetailsAccounting Analyst 4 (Contract)Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid)Duration: 6/01/2026 - 1/17/20271 Team: US Corporate AccountingJob DescriptionSupport General Ledger transactional accounting activities for JAPAC and EMEA regions Prepare and post journal entries in SAP Prepare and upload account reconciliations in AssureNet/BlackLine Prepare monthly accrual worksheets and cash forecasts Assist with ad hoc accounting requests and reporting needs Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities with a focus on compensation accounting including payroll, PTO, bonuses, fringe benefits, relocation, sabbatical, and sales commissions Ensure accounting activities comply with U.S. GAAP Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to investigate and resolve reconciling items Identify process inefficiencies and leverage AI tools or automation to improve reconciliation workflows Support finance teams with accurate accounting data used for operational and business decision-making Assist with manual clearing of payroll-related bank transactions Perform UAT testing for system-driven General Ledger coding updates Support quarterly and annual audit activities Review accruals and prepaid expenses for accuracy Provide flux analysis commentary related to compensation accruals and expenses Support additional accounting projects and financial analyses as needed QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting 6 to 9 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes Advanced Excel skills required Experience with SAP and BlackLine or AssureNet strongly preferred Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to streamline accounting processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Experience with payroll or compensation accounting highly preferred Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or PowerPoint is a plus CompensationPay Rate: Up to $70.43 per hourRequisition ID: 37289958
