Infrastructure Program Manager: Data-Driven Ops & Tooling

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Systems & Tooling in San Francisco. You will own the governance, data, and program-management backbone for Infrastructure Operations, translating strategy into executable goals and operating cadences. You will manage the current delivery-tracking layer across sites, partnering with 1P Delivery, Compute TPMs, and operations leaders to ensure complete, usable input for readiness and handover.
