We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and reliability of a global network infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring seamless connectivity, performance, and scalability to support business operations and growth.This is a fully on-site position offering a competitive salary of up to $160,000, along with the opportunity to work on impactful, enterprise-level initiatives.What You’ll DoEnsure optimal performance of global LAN/WAN network infrastructure, maintaining speed, reliability, and capacityConfigure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systemsMonitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead capacity planning initiativesApply patches and firmware updates to maintain system security and functionalityManage and maintain virtual infrastructure, including VMs and SAN environmentsLead all network-related projects, including serving as the technical lead for Disaster Recovery initiativesEvaluate and recommend new network technologies, tools, and protocolsCollaborate cross-functionally with IT teams to support network operationsPartner with vendors and consultants to assess and implement solutionsCommunicate network performance insights and recommend improvementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 12+ years of relevant experience)7+ years of hands-on networking experience in enterprise environmentsCertifications such as CCNP, MCITP, VCP, or equivalentStrong expertise with:Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and SAN storage systemsWindows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAPNetwork monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)Proven ability to lead projects and manage complex network environmentsKey SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead initiatives and influence technical decisionsStrategic thinking with a focus on scalability and performanceHands-on approach to troubleshooting and system maintenanceWhat Sets You ApartExperience leading Disaster Recovery planning and executionStrong leadership and collaboration skills across technical teamsAbility to balance hands-on engineering with strategic oversightContinuous learner who stays current with evolving networking technologiesAdditional RequirementsReliable, on-site attendance is requiredAbility to support off-hours maintenance or network emergencies as neededSalary: The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000.Benefits: This position includes medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
