Marketing Analytics Manager, Performance MarketingLocation: Hybrid (80% Remote, 1 day onsite – San Francisco, CA 94107)Schedule: Monday onsite, remaining days remote (PST hours)Duration: ContractPay Rate: $70/hrAbout the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and strategy, focused on driving growth, ROI, and performance optimization across acquisition, retention, and brand initiatives.You will leverage user-level data, analytics, and predictive modeling to influence marketing strategy, improve effectiveness, and guide high-impact business decisions. This position partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and AdTech teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user-level data to uncover behavioral insights and evaluate marketing performancePartner with performance marketing teams on planning, prioritization, and executionDefine and track KPIs and success metrics for campaigns and experimentsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance trendsDesign and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to measure marketing impactTranslate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve ROI, channel effectiveness, and user growthLeverage tools like Salesforce and Tableau to support scalable analyticsCore Focus AreasPerformance Optimization & Strategy: Use data insights to drive ROI-focused marketing decisionsMeasurement & Experimentation: Establish frameworks for testing and performance trackingCross-Functional Reporting: Deliver insights to stakeholders across Marketing and SalesRequired QualificationsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsStrong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent)Proven ability to design and analyze A/B testing or multivariate experimentsExperience working with large datasets and marketing analyticsStrong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with predictive modeling and forecastingAbility to influence strategy beyond reporting (thought partner to leadership)Understanding of full-funnel marketing (acquisition, retention, brand)Experience supporting both online and offline marketing channelsWork Environment & ExpectationsHigh visibility role with frequent interaction with senior stakeholdersMust be comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsAbility to manage fluctuating workloads (peaks and valleys)Exposure to both FTE and contractor operating models
