Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Plymouth, MN or Staunton, VA, HybridWhat You Will DoInstructional LeadershipLead and facilitate advanced Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions focused on HVAC sales strategies, technical applications, and customer engagementDesign and deliver interactive learning experiences using role play, simulations, case studies, and performance-based assessmentsServe as a recognized authority in HVAC sales, guiding learners toward measurable performance outcomesDevelop and maintain learning assets including videos, eLearning modules, and blended learning pathwaysSubject Matter ExpertiseAct as a primary HVAC Sales subject matter expert (SME) in the development of learning contentCollaborate with instructional designers to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning interventionsReview, validate, and provide expert feedback on instructional materials to ensure technical accuracy and relevanceProgram Management & Strategic ExecutionManage end-to-end learning programs across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, blended, curated pathways)Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business objectivesOversee program logistics including scheduling, budgeting, communications, and learner trackingAnalyze learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics; The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
