Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. Key responsibilities include analyzing project proposals, reading blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, collaborating with project managers, and developing cost strategies. The Estimator will also ensure bids are submitted promptly and competitively while maintaining adherence to industry standards and company objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for construction projectsAbility to analyze project specifications, read blueprints, and assess material and labor requirementsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in using construction estimation software and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with construction industry standards, codes, and best practicesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredExperience in structural steel, masonry, concrete, or framing projects is a plusAbility to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
