Electrical Operations Assistant Manager

A company is looking for an Assistant Site Manager (Electrical Operations). Key Responsibilities Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts and act as a liaison to Technical Services Oversee third-party O&M providers and perform quality audits on maintenance activities Assist in construction-to-operations handoff activities and ensure systems meet performance expectations Required Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering 1-3 years of hands-on field experience with electrical and mechanical aptitude Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals Experience with operational data analysis from SCADA systems or similar tools Familiarity with utility-scale power generation or energy storage environments
