Maintenance Technician

Duties: Preventative maintenance tasks and testing of equipment and machinery.Performing mechanical and electrical repairs using hand and power tools.Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.Responding to alerts and operation messages carrying out corrective procedures and repairs in line with SOPs and maintenance protocols.Creating and implementing maintenance standard operating procedures based on specific machine knowledge.Supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Troubleshooting faulty machinery and diagnosing the root cause of the malfunctions using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities.Performs diagnostic tests for routine maintenance procedures and determines a course of action for damaged parts, equipment and machines.Electrical wiring/conduit and basic plumbing.Assists in the installation of new machinery and equipment.Perform LOTO procedures, work orders, calibrations
