Cross-Platform Mobile Development LeadThis role requires deep expertise in React Native alongside strong native iOS and Android development skills — enabling the lead to bridge cross-platform and native implementations effectively. They are doing Brownfield Integrations.This person will be responsible for defining and driving the technical vision for cross-platform mobile and web development using React and React Native within their product areaRequires deep expertise in React Native alongside strong native iOS and Android development skills — enabling the lead to bridge cross-platform and native implementations effectivelyArchitect scalable, performant cross-platform mobile and web solutions that bridge cleanly with native iOS and AndroidCreate technical design specifications and translate high-level architecture into working softwareShould have 10+ years of hands-on mobile development experience and 2+ years in a lead or technical leadership roleMentor and guide React Native, iOS, and Android developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical coachingExpert proficiency in React Native, React, Expo/EAS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern development workflowsArchitect using the brownfield host-shell / mobile micro-frontend pattern, RN New Architecture (TurboModules, Fabric), Native Modules, and typed host bridge contractsImplement modern state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai)Working knowledge of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Objective-CWorking knowledge of Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack librariesFamiliarity with modern iOS architectures (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture)
