We are seeking a dedicated Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Redding, CA, serving the San Diego area. The COTA will provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, promoting patient recovery and independence.Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions accurately.Adapt therapy activities to meet patients’ specific needs and capabilities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients during therapy sessions.Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home programs.Qualifications include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach.
