This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with product photography, digital imaging, inventory support, and online marketplace management.The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a creative eye for product presentation. This individual will help ensure our exclusive autographed books, vinyl records, Funko Pops, and memorabilia are accurately photographed, professionally presented, properly fulfilled, and effectively managed across our sales platforms. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager and will assist with a variety of operational and creative tasks across multiple Premiere Book Group ventures.Position: Product Photography & Warehouse AssociateResponsibilities:Warehouse Operations & FulfillmentPick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company packaging standards to ensure products arrive safely and professionally presentedSupport fulfillment of bulk business and promotional ordersAssist with book-plating newly delivered books using autographed collectible cardsHelp identify damaged, defective, or unsigned inventory and assist with processing products for resale channelsSupport general warehouse organization, inventory preparation, and operational tasks as neededConduct ongoing inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse systemsLift, move, organize, and prepare inventory shipments as required (up to 25 lbs)Product Photography & Digital ImagingPhotograph collectible products, including autographed books, vinyl records, Funko Pops, and memorabilia for use on eCommerce platforms, marketing materials, and internal systemsCapture detailed images of autographs, authentication stickers, flaws, and overall item conditionSet up and break down photography equipment, lighting, and product staging areasEdit and retouch product images to meet Premiere Collectibles brand standardsOrganize, upload, and maintain digital image files within company systemsEnsure consistency in lighting, backgrounds, image quality, and product presentationeCommerce Marketplace SupportAssist with creating and maintaining eBay and Amazon product listingsUpload product photography and write accurate product condition descriptionsHelp manage discounted, damaged, or unsigned inventory listingsMonitor inventory levels across eBay and Amazon to help prevent oversellingSupport customer communications, offers, questions, and requests on marketplace platformsAssist with maintaining accurate SKU, ISBN, and product information across systemsAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport the Warehouse Operations Manager with additional warehouse and operational projects as neededRemain flexible and willing to assist across multiple Premiere Book Group departments and venturesPerform other duties assigned on a daily basisRequirements:Previous warehouse, photography, eCommerce, or inventory experience preferredStrong photography portfolio preferred, especially product photography samplesExperience using DSLR or mirrorless camerasBasic knowledge of product lighting, staging, and image compositionProficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar photo editing softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle collectible merchandise carefully and professionallyReliable, punctual, and team-oriented30 / 60 / 90-Day Success BenchmarksWithin the First 30 days, you will gain a solid understanding of Premiere Collectibles’ warehouse operations, inventory, photography, and e-commerce. You'll work with the warehouse and collectibles teams to learn order fulfillment, inventory management, product handling, and digital imaging. Familiarity with the product catalog, photography setup, file organization, and marketplace platforms is expected. Success involves reliability, attention to detail, and following workflows and brand standards.Within the First 60 days, you will independently contribute to warehouse operations and product photography, supporting order fulfillment, photographing collectibles, editing images, and managing eCommerce listings and inventory. You will identify workflow improvements by working with teams to enhance product presentation, photography, inventory accuracy, and visual display across sales channels, thereby improving the customer experience.Within the First 90 days, you will demonstrate impact through improved efficiency, productivity, and quality photography. You'll handle daily responsibilities with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate inventory across Premiere Collectibles' platforms. Success involves high fulfillment accuracy, organized inventory, consistent product photography, timely project completion, and proactive communication with teams. You'll also contribute ideas to enhance workflows, product presentation, and support growth and customer satisfaction.Supervisor: This position will report directly to our Warehouse Operations Manager.Working Hours: This position is full-time; however, hours may vary depending on project and campaign schedules. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 A.M. to 3 P.M. The Warehouse Operations Manager will finalize the schedule. Background Check and Non-Disclosure Agreement: Because of working with high-end collectibles and memorabilia, the candidate for this role must undergo a standard background check and sign an NDA on their first day of employment.Compensation:Hourly Rate: $22 per hour. Payroll is paid biweekly. Hours will be tracked through our internal HR program, Insperity. This is a phone application that enables employees to log hours on their phones, which are then approved by the Warehouse Operations Manager.
