Responsibilities:
Manage development work in Jira and align priorities with Product Management.
Drive resource and schedule alignment to optimize talent and address capacity gaps.
Champion AI adoption to improve productivity, quality, and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years managing software development teams in SaaS or cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Java/.NET, CI/CD, and development lifecycle practices.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, plus excellent communication and leadership skills.
