We are a team of 4. There is a large need for quality couples counselors, and that is my primary mission. I am also focused on treating my therapists with compassion, and create a burn-out free environment as one of my top priorities. Starting pay is competitive with opportunities to increase pay quickly upon completion of EFT Externship & Core Skills/certification etc.. Hourly starting pay is based on official EFT training experience.I will help you on your path of full licensure and also EFT Certification, which is very profitable and sought after by clients. I can also supervisor towards licensure for Social Workers and MFT's. Most importantly, my goal is to help you be the best therapist for your clients. We want our therapists to know that we support their growth journey in whichever modality calls to them. EFT calls to us. We would support your journey to other attachment-based modalities, although the strongest candidates for this position would be those interested in EFT as the gold standard for couples therapy. I will also train in attachment-based modality called EFT for Individuals (EFIT) to help with your work with individual clients as well.
