Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Female candidates and early career are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage all aspects of change orders in accordance with AIA format for both clients and subcontractors, including consistent email and phone follow-upTrack job profitability, including buyout phase analysis and ongoing project margin performanceIssue and manage subcontractor contracts and agreementsTrack and enter weekly job-related invoices and costsOversee daily project operations and ensure alignment between office and field teamsObtain permits and submit required documentation in a timely mannerPrepare and submit submittals to architects as requiredCoordinate closely with field superintendents to ensure smooth project executionSubmit and track RFIs for plan clarificationOrder and manage long-lead materialsSet up job information sheets with material vendors to support field purchasingMaintain and track subcontractor COIs and W-9sHandle additional one-off or urgent tasks as neededQualifications:Previous experience in construction project managementFamiliarity with AIA documents and change order processesStrong understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and cost trackingExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc. preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallylive near Magnolia or Montgomery, Tx.
