Sr. Manager Business Analytics - Finance & AccountingThis role oversees the reliability and efficiency of financial and operational systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading system implementations, configuring financials for new properties, and integrating operational data into reporting platforms. The position also acts as an internal change agent streamlining workflows, removing roadblocks, incorporating known best practices, and improving financial reporting and decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Assurance.The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $134,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Applications for this position will be accepted until May 15th, 2026.Assists or leads financial system configuration and onboarding for new properties and business linesCoordinate credit card merchant accounts and payment processor setup with vendorsAssist with configuration and consistency of new properties across core operational and financial platformsEstablish revenue mapping, POS item categories, and financial integration logic to ensure accurate reporting.Coordinate setup of payment types and cross-business package configurations.Ensure the accurate integration of operational data into enterprise financial systemsMaintain strong data governance standards to ensure financial reporting accuracy across systems and platforms.Partner with Accounting & Finance and IT to ensure operational transactions are appropriately mapped and reported within the financial structure.Manage financial and operational platform relationshipsCoordinating system configurations and integrations.Ensuring vendor compliance with banking and KYC requirements.Supporting troubleshooting, system optimization, and implementation initiatives.Serve as a change agent by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and remove operational friction points.Partner with Accounting Operations and Finance teams to implement scalable process improvements and automation solutions.Develop templates and workflows that support operational and financial processesSupport operational leaders with system configuration, financial reporting capabilities, and data transparency.A solid understanding of machine learning and AI concepts, including predictive analytics and data miningFinancial systems administrationData integration and API configurationAccounting and financial reporting workflowsExpert/Advanced Excel Skills and financial modelingProcess automation and systems optimizationStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementAnalytical problem-solving and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
