Website Marketing Manager

LocationNew York,NYDescriptionESC has an exciting opportunity for a Website Marketing Manager to support our premier client's multi-channel commerce and fulfillment team in New York, NY. This 4-month contract role will focus on executing and optimizing web content and digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate has strong CMS publishing experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.What You'll Do:• Execute and manage website updates and content publishing within a CMS environment• Review incoming web requests, scope requirements, and provide timelines for delivery• Build and maintain web pages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards• Partner with internal stakeholders to launch and test website updates and enhancements• Develop marketing content for web pages, campaigns, and digital experiences• Support online marketing campaigns including email and on-site placements• Analyze website performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization• Create reports and present key performance metrics to stakeholders• Support A/B testing strategies and website optimization efforts• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to improve user experience and SEO performance• Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices for web publishing and content management• Ensure high quality assurance standards and attention to detail across all web propertiesWhat You'll Need:• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or related field• Hands-on experience with CMS publishing and website content management• Experience using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred)• Strong understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams• High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsNice to Have:• Experience with Brightspot or similar CMS platforms• Background in B2B marketing or enterprise websites• Experience partnering with stakeholders across marketing, product, and tech teams
