This role is responsible for leading a small team (2-3 technicians), ensuring high quality work every time, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service on every job. ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of 2-3 technicians on job sitesEnsure all work is completed efficiently and to company standardsTrain and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety proceduresCommunicate job details, expectations, and feedback to crew membersServe as the main point of contact for customers on siteInspect completed work to ensure 100% customer satisfactionMaintain and care for company equipment and vehiclesCommunicate with office staff regarding job progress, issues, or scheduling RequirementsPrevious professional window cleaning experience (Required)Previous professional pressure washing experience (Required)Proven ability to lead or manage a small team (2-3 people)Valid Driver's LicenseStrong customer service and customer communication skillsReliable on time attendanceClean cut, professional appearanceStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks Schedule8 hour shiftNo weekends Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week LocationIndianapolis, IN 46256 (Required) In person/Outdoor work
