Driver routes will typically be 4-10 stops per route, will require the driver to unload via lift gate with pallet jack, and transport/place palletized products inside the customers’ location. Drivers will be expected to use ELD and log all activity and follow all state and federal regulations. Routes are generally <150 miles round trip but could be longer including interstate depending on DC location. Monday - Friday (7am) - Home every night! The starting rate is $32-$34.50 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. You may apply online at [1] www.westrock.com/company/careers and the application window is expected to close by 7/30/2026 How you will impact Smurfit Westrock: * Safely operates tractor and trailer for the delivery of products and materials. * Perform vehicle inspections as required. * Operate mobile apps on the phone for ELD and proof of delivery. * Provide outstanding customer service during delivery. * Follow all safety rules for equipment and material handling as required by DOT, OSHA and Company safety program. * Ensure all orders are delivered in good condition and in full as per the bill of lading. * Communicate effectively with operations staff about customer concerns. * Utilize material handling equipment, such hand trucks. What you need to succeed: * Current CDL Class A license * No preventable motor vehicle violations within the last 12 months * Current medical certification card. * 1 year of experience driving a tractor trailer. * General fluency in English required, verbal and written * Basic computer literacy preferred * High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
