Job DescriptionThe Technical Delivery Manager would encompass overseeing technical project delivery for Data Warehouse, ensuring that business and technical requirements are met. This role oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories.Primary Job Duties:Support reporting, modeling, ETL projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth operation within Microsoft Azure StackEstablish auditing processes, ensure data quality and adhering to security measures in placeCollaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and prioritize solutionsFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, to keep projects on track.Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvementManages the Data Warehouse third-party vendors in the day-to-day operations and performanceEnsures that project/department milestones/goals are achievedCollaborates with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the data warehouse meets the needs of Longbridge FinancialContinuously develops, monitors, refine, and report on the performance and capacity of the data warehouseHandles incident management, change management, and problem resolution for data warehouse issuesLead regular meetings with technical teams to capture progress, roadblocks, challenges, identify solutions, and next stepsReport project status to stakeholders and managementPerforms any other related duties as assigned or as necessary
