Hiring: Senior Scrum Master (Cloud, DevOps) | Contract-to-HireWe are seeking a highly adaptable Senior Scrum Master to support Cloud Code, DevOps, and engineering-focused teams working on large-scale migration and integration initiatives.🔹 Location: Austin, TX - Remote🔹 Type: Contract to Hire🔹 Industry: Enterprise Technology / Automotive Tech, AI🔹Rate: $65 - 72/hrKey Requirements:• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments• Experience supporting Cloud Code, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps engineering teams• Strong hands-on experience with Rally for backlog management, tracking, and reporting• Experience driving process improvements and improving feature lead time• Ability to coach teams toward self-organization and Agile maturity• Experience with integration and migration projects preferred• Strong facilitation, communication, and influence skills• Interest in AI integration and modern development workflows is a plusPreferred:• Experience in enterprise Agile environments• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based development teams• Rally experience• Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindsetThis role is ideal for someone who is proactive, technically aware, and comfortable working in fast-paced transformation environments.
