Central Processing Technician – Park City Surgery Center
$24–28/hour pay range DOE and eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus!!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Central Processing Technician to join our high-performing team at a busy Orthopedic Surgery Center with 4 operating rooms. Our center delivers outstanding patient care in partnership with The Orthopedic Partners, Intermountain Health, and Surgery Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Decontaminate, assemble, inspect, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
Maintain documentation in accordance with AAMI and AORN standards
Ensure accurate and timely instrument turnover for scheduled surgeries
Maintain appropriate inventory and notify leadership of any supply or equipment concerns
Communicate effectively with OR staff to meet surgical demands
Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM
Qualifications:
Certification (CRCST or equivalent) required
Previous sterile processing experience, ideally in an orthopedic or ambulatory surgery setting
Strong working knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection prevention standards
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
