Implement 1:1 ABA treatment programs to individuals primarily in a center-based setting Collect treatment data on company issued tablet, complete session notes daily Participate in monthly patient team meetings Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication Participate in introductory and ongoing training programs that provide instruction in Applied Behavior Analysis and other methodologies applicable to the patient population What you bring to 7D: Fun, engaging, energetic personality with a sense of humor! Collaboration & Teamwork Attention to detail (extra credit if you respond with “I have found my Dream Job!” ) Ability to use tech; Google Workspace, data collection systems, practice management systems and electronic feedback systems Ability to be a self starter, to define areas of personal/professional growth and to advocate for yourself to meet your needs Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb stairs, address challenging behaviors (e.g. running after a patient, moving out of the way rapidly, etc.) as well as engage in play activities on the floor with small children What you need for a seat at the table: 18+ years of age High School graduate, college degree preferred Experience working with individuals with differing abilities preferred ABA background preferred, experience with Pivot Response Training a plus!
