Electrical Estimator – Multifamily / Multi-Unit Construction📍 [Winder, Ga] | Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in multifamily and multi-unit residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical estimates, reviewing project plans and specs, coordinating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and supporting preconstruction efforts. ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed electrical estimates and takeoffsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documentsSolicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricingAssist with budgeting and value engineeringCoordinate with project managers, field teams, and clientsMaintain accurate estimating records and cost databasesQualifications3+ years of electrical estimating experienceMultifamily or multi-unit project experience preferredAbility to read electrical plans and specificationsExperience with Bluebeam, Procore estimating module, we are looking into Sage estimating software, and would value an opinion on what’s best and why.
