Service Plumber

Job Description Duties:- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in Apartment Complexes and commercial buildings- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and pipes- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other malfunctions- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing projects- Adhere to safety standards and building codesQualifications:- Proven experience as a plumber - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordSkills:- Experience in plumbing- Ability to work with various materials such as copper, PVC, ABS, Pex, Cast Iron and other general plumbing material- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment- Box truck driving experience is a plusThis position offers competitive pay based on experience.
