What You’ll Do As a Financial Representative, you’ll help individuals and families achieve long‑term financial security by: Providing personalized financial guidance and product solutions Working with new and existing members to understand their needs Networking and building relationships throughout the community Continuously prospecting and securing appointments Participating in mentor‑led client meetings Asking for introductions and building referral networks Actively engaging in community and fraternal activities About You We’re looking for someone who is: Entrepreneurial and self‑motivated Community‑minded and relationship‑driven A strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people A team player with a service‑oriented mindset Preferred (but not required) Experience in sales, customer service, banking, or financial advising No financial background needed—we provide full training! Must live in or around Lincoln, Omaha, or surrounding areas.
