Graphic Designer / Visualization SpecialistGraham Technologies is seeking a Graphic Designer / Visualization Specialist to provide advanced graphic design, data visualization, and web-based content support in a high-security, mission-driven environment. The selected candidate will develop professional visual products, dashboards, and digital platforms that enhance organizational communications, improve information delivery, and support data-driven decision-making across enterprise stakeholders. The role requires the ability to translate complex technical and business information into clear, compelling visual formats while ensuring compliance with organizational branding, usability, and accessibility standards. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain modern, user-centric digital solutions, including SharePoint-based platforms and data visualization tools. Location: Springfield, VA Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain SharePoint/web platforms and visual content Develop dashboards, infographics, charts, and reports Translate technical data into clear visual formats Ensure compliance with branding and UI/UX standards Develop automated visualization tools and web-based solutions Required SkillsExperience:Minimum 8 years total experience At least 6 years' specialized experience in graphic design, visualization, or digital mediaEducation:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, IT, or related fieldClearance:Active TS/SCI clearanceSkills:Adobe Creative Suite SharePoint/web content management Strong visual design and communication skillsDesired SkillsExperience:8-10+ years supporting DoD / IC / Federal programsEducation:Master's degree or advanced certificationsClearance:TS/SCI with CI PolygraphCertifications / Tools:Adobe Certified Professional Power BI / Tableau UX/UI or web design certificationsCompensation: At Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
