Right Price.The primary responsibilities of this role will be aligned with one of the below four functional areas within the Drug and Alcohol team, with the flexibility to support other areas as needed based on business demands. Appropriate training will be provided to ensure success in assigned responsibilities and any cross-functional support.Audit PreparationReview drug and alcohol testing forms for accuracy and completeness, and work closely with collectors to resolve discrepancies by coordinating affidavits when errors are identifiedMaintain a well-structured and efficient filing system to ensure easy access and organization of recordsPerform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits in preparation for the annual FAA inspectionDOT Records ChecksReview candidate paperwork for accuracy and coordinate corrections as neededConduct outreach to previous employers to request records and research accurate contact information when necessaryMatch incoming documentation to original requests, update candidate records, and maintain organized filing of completed packetsFollow-Up ProgramReceive, review and update daily drug/alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing program employee filesCoordinate/schedule follow up testing based on testing plan as directed by the Substance Abuse ProfessionalUse company personnel data management tools to verify team member testing information and request corrections if neededReasonable Cause/Reasonable SuspicionManage Reasonable Cause/Reasonable Suspicion employee cases when test results are negative, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and filed in the employee's packetCommunicate return-to-duty clearance to the businessResearch escalations related to pre-employment drug testingJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDProficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiencySkilled in filing, scanning, and faxing documentsMaintains a consistently positive and professional attitudeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrates honesty, integrity, and ethical behaviorSelf-motivated with strong personal disciplineCapable of working independently with minimal supervisionDependable and punctual with a strong work ethicAble to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesExperienced in alphabetizing, matching, and filing within complex systemsExperience with Microsoft ExcelPreferred QualificationsAirline experienceKnowledge of 49 CFR part 40 and 14 CFR part 120Why Work With Us?
