Your Job: Provide high-level property management for projects with a local property maintenance team that will work under your supervision as well as an office manager to support daily tasks. You engage directly with these properties and our team to ensure management the highest possible level. You are responsible for the full scope of activities related to the successful management of your properties, including tenant relations, community and vendor relationships, legal and regulatory requirements, maintenance and capital improvement needs, budget management, and other activities, as required to achieve stated outcomes.
Our Foundational Goals and Your Contribution: Ensuring your portfolio achieves Stanford's 5 F's - Full-maintain 100% occupancy and drive the property’s marketing plan . Flush-Collect all rents, in full and on time Flawless-Maintain all paperwork, systems, and files at the highest levels of excellence (inspection-ready) at all times . Fabulous–Coordinate and oversee maintenance of the physical plant(s)at the highest possible level, including annual capital improvements. Friendly-Create and maintain a safe and welcoming community for all tenants, staff and other stakeholders.
