Product Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Operations to design and run the operating system for its R&D organization. Key Responsibilities Design and lead the R&D operating rhythm, ensuring strategic decision-making in forums like All-Hands and Monthly Business Reviews Modernize and standardize the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) while embedding AI into key workflows to enhance team efficiency Manage and mentor a Product Operations Specialist, ensuring operational accountability and effective execution of initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment Proven experience as an administrator or power user of Jira or similar product development tools Experience modernizing operational workflows with AI in a product or engineering context Strong familiarity with product analytics tools and experience generating reports based on user behavior data Demonstrated ability to drive operational consistency and communicate process changes effectively across teams
