ITOM ArchitectFlorida (Remote) Job Description:Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM and Service Mapping solutions within enterprise environmentsDevelop and implement strategies across ITOM modules including Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, Connected Operations, Cloud Observability, Governance, and Cloud InsightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITOM solutions with business objectivesDrive continuous improvement of ITOM processes to enhance operational efficiencyProvide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ITOM architecture and deploymentAnalyze complex IT infrastructure and service dependencies to improve service visibilityEnsure compliance with industry standards and organizational policiesMentor junior team members on ITOM technologies and architecture principlesRoles & Responsibilities:Own end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM/Service Mapping projectsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsOversee configuration, customization, and integration of ITOM modulesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Mapping and ITOM componentsCollaborate with platform and architecture teams for scalable solutionsDevelop and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, workflows, guides)Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessionsStay updated on ServiceNow ITOM trends and recommend improvementsManage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery
