The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process prior to shipping medications to patients. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelors of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacyLicensed as a PHARMACIST in state of Ohio and resides in Ohio as well.Ability to participate in Federal prescription programsSelf-directed, but also able to work well in a groupAbility to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solvingWork ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productiveExcellent communication skillsProficient with computersMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesMust be Spanish speaking RPhPreferred Qualifications3 or more years' experience in a high-volume community or mail order pharmacy practice environmentAdditional Information** SIGN ON BONUS-$5000 (1/2 paid on start and 1/2 paid 6 months later)Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
