Responsibilities of Controller: Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and key financial performance metrics.Lead all construction accounting functions, including job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, project billings, retainage, and revenue recognition.Partner with project managers to analyze project profitability, monitor costs, and identify financial risks and opportunities.Preferred Qualifications of Controller:Can work independently and hit the ground running Cost Accounting experienceBachelors in accounting or related field Willingness to learn Pay range: $130,000-$160,000INJul2026
