Please review the Required Minimum Qualifications for more information.** The Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) program is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee our innovative Stepdown Program as the EASA Stepdown Behavioral Health Supervisor . If you are passionate about empowering young people experiencing their first episode of psychosis and have a proven track record in program management and clinical supervision, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. EASA provides comprehensive, intensive services to young individuals ages 12-25, aiming to reduce symptoms, mitigate the impact of psychosis, and promote recovery. Our holistic approach includes psychiatric medication management, nursing support, occupational therapy, individual, family and group therapy, case management, vocational/educational support, psycho-education, peer support, and crisis intervention. The EASA Stepdown Program is a crucial extension of our services, offering continued support and skill-building to EASA clients as they transition to independent living. As the Stepdown Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the program's development, ensuring its alignment with EASA's mission, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. As the EASA Stepdown Behavioral Health Supervisor other duties will include: Visionary Leadership: Provide strategic direction and inspire your team to achieve excellence in client care and program outcomes. Program Development and Implementation: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with EASA standards and best practices. Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Performance Management: Monitor staff-to-client ratios, caseload sizes, and data submission to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency. Community Engagement: Collaborate with community partners to raise awareness about EASA and the Stepdown Program, promoting early intervention and long term recovery. Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*: Education/Training: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the mental health field with major coursework in social science, or a related field demonstrating the capacity for the required knowledge and skills to meet provider Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credentialing requirements as required by Oregon Administrative Rules ( OARs ) and the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) - more information can be found at MHACBO website . Current QMHP-C, and/or licensed Board of Oregon (LPC, LCSW, PhD,etc) (Required) Masters degree in psychology or Masters degree in social work or counseling or Masters degree in a behavioral science field Experience/Certification: Three (3) to six (6) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Clinical supervisors/managers in mental health programs shall meet QMHP requirements and have completed two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
