OverviewServpro of Glendora / San Dimas is looking for a Senior Project Manager.ResponsibilitiesInspect properties after mitigation or insurance assignmentBuild accurate, strategic estimatesCommunicate directly with adjusters and homeownersDrive approvals and convert opportunities into signed construction contractsEstimating & Sales Perform detailed property inspections (fire, water, reconstruction)Write estimates using Xactimate or equivalentBuild scopes that are both accurate AND profitablePresent scope clearly to homeowners and close workInsurance & Adjuster Communication Handle all adjuster communication pre-constructionDefend scope and pricing with confidenceNegotiate supplements and approvalsSubmit estimates through XactAnalysis or carrier platformsProject Conversion (CRITICAL KPI) Convert mitigation jobs into reconstruction contractsDrive revenue through effective scope controlMaintain strong close rate on opportunitiesPre-Construction Handoff Deliver clean, approved scope to production teamCoordinate with admin for contract + invoicingEnsure project is ready to start within 7 days of approvalRequirements3+ years estimating in restoration or constructionExperience with insurance claims (REQUIRED)Xactimate or similar estimating softwareStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple jobs at oncePreferredPrevious SERVPRO or restoration experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Experience working directly with adjustersLeadership mindset (this is a senior role)Pay & IncentivesHourly Rate: $80,000 – $120,000 annuallyCompetitive base salaryPerformance bonuses tied to: revenue generated, conversion rates, estimate approvalsValuesDiscipline • Urgency • AccountabilityDisclaimersAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
