Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of our facility, equipment, and building systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsInspect facility, equipment, and appliances to ensure proper functionalityPerform routine maintenance and coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated equipmentEnsure electrical wiring meets safety and regulatory standardsIdentify and coordinate with subcontractors for larger repair projectsRespond to on-call and emergency maintenance needsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentSupport team operations and complete additional tasks as assignedQualifications3–5 years of maintenance or related experience requiredStrong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 45 lbsMust be able to bend, climb, crawl, and perform hands-on workComfortable working in various weather conditionsScheduleFull-time, non-exempt positionDay shiftOn-call availability required
