Client Service Associate

Client Service Associate Excellent opportunity in a professional business environment within the financial services industry.We are seeking a Client Service Associate who consistently provides exceptional client services to all of firm's clients and demonstrates tremendous organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks successfully. A high level of technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools are essential for success in this role.The ideal candidate must be detailed and service-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn and expand responsibility. The position necessitates strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and initiative and ability to follow written instructions with accuracy.Essential Functions Statement(s) Client Servicing: Assist with client service needs, including processing requests, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate, and exceptional service.Client Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding and ongoing data maintenance by collecting, reviewing, and organizing client information and required documentation.Money Movement: Process all forms of money movementincluding checks, wires, journals, ACH, DAFs, and other transactionswith the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.Communications & Correspondence: Serve as a trusted point of contact for service-related interactions with clients and custodians, exercising discretion and professionalism in all communications.Team Support: Provide backup support to Client Service TeamCore Competencies Organizational Excellence: Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize, structure information, and maintain efficient, scalable systems.Communication: Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skillsTime Management: Highly effective at managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.Interpersonal Savvy: Builds and sustains strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.Discretion & Confidentiality: Handles sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adjusts seamlessly to shifting priorities.Custodian knowledge: Familiar with major custodians including Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and American FundsEducation: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree PreferredExperience: 0-3 years of client service experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred. General knowledge and understanding of personal financial services industry is a plus.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, some PowerPoint) and experience with CRM platforms and workflows.Job Status: Full timeFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Eligible for Telework: Yes, after meeting eligibility requirements.Department: Client Service, direct report to Client Service ManagerWork Schedule: Standard business hours are expected (8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.); however, this role may require additional time and schedule flexibility based on workload, deadlines, or business demands.This position is located in Plano TX.Competitive compensation based on experience.
