Job Description Job Title: Stock ClerkLocation: Bradenton, FLPay Rate:$17.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus EligibilitySchedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–ThursdayWork Setting: On-SiteMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse, stock clerk, shipping & receiving, or inventory experience preferredBasic computer skills and keyboard proficiency requiredExperience with MRP systems is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, consistent attendance requiredAbility to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periodsAbility to walk up and down stairs regularlyAbility to reach, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl as neededAbility to regularly lift 10–25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbsWhat You'll Do:Manage daily shipments, receiving, and stockroom operationsCount, sort, and verify incoming materials to ensure accurate receiptStore inventory in designated bins and warehouse locationsFill orders and issue supplies from stock to production teamsDistribute materials to production workers and maintain accurate inventory recordsSupport planning and operations teams to move inventory through the production processVerify outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipmentAssemble boxes and containers; insert items with proper protective materialsAffix shipping labels, postage, and record shipping weights and chargesInspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentIND4
